Yearbook: To purchase the 2023-24 yearbook, click this link https://shorturl.at/jmBGH . The cost is $65. 

College Visits: Sophomores and Juniors interested in taking a field trip to visit The University of Findlay on 4/10 (will eat lunch out after) need to sign up on the google form that was emailed to them on 2/7 from Dr. Smith. Grade level, grade-point average and school attendance will be considered for approval for attendance on this trip. 

Total Eclipse 4/8/24: School will be closed on Monday, April 8th.

Prom tickets will be on sale April 4-11, Cost is $15. Students may purchase them during lunch. Students at Apollo may stop in between 2:45-3:15 in the Counselor Office on those days. Prom will be held at the Marbeck Center at Bluffton University on April 20th from 8:00-10:30 with Post Prom afterwards in the Bluffton University Sommers Center. 

Musical: The HS Musical "Elf" will be performed on Friday & Saturday 4/12 & 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 4/14 at 2:00. Reserved seat tickets and general admission tickets can be purchased in the middle school office. 

State Test Dates: 4/16 & 17: ELA1 EOC; 4/23 & 4/24 Algebra & Geometry EOC; 4/30 American History & Government EOC; 5/2 Biology. Please try NOT to schedule any appointments or vacation days during these dates.

Thurs 3/28:

  • Lunch: Hot dog/Coney dog, carrots w/ dip, Fruit snacks, fruit & milk ALA-CARTE: French fries
  • Food Club: Do you have a passion for trying new foods? Then Food Club is the club for you. Join Mrs Bogart in room #306 for a meeting & snacks on Weds 4/10 after school to hear about our exciting upcoming events. Sign up in the office by Friday 4/5 if you want to be part of the Food club. 
  • CCP Forms: CCP Intent forms are due TODAY!! Please turn them in to Mrs. Oberly before the end of today.
  • Adjusted schedule today due to the Iron Man Assembly.
  • Summer & Fall CCP: Any student planning to take Summer or Fall CCP classes must schedule an appt. in the Guidance office between now and April 5 to schedule your College Courses.
  • Iron Man Assembly:  Staff vs Juniors today at 2:32. 
  • Sports: Track at Liberty Benton HS 4:30; Softball vs Ottawa 5:15

Sat 3/30:

  • Sports: Baseball vs Liberty Benton 11:00; Softball at St. Marys Memorial (KC Geiger Park) 11:00

Students who made an instrument when they were in 8th grade hung on the "Hall of Fame" wall in Mr. Bracy's classroom need to pick it up before the end of April or it will be disposed of. If you have a sibling that had one on the wall,  but they have graduated, make sure to pick it up also.

Girls Soccer: There will be an informational meeting for all students interested in playing High School Girls Soccer next Fall on Sunday, April 28th at 1:00 PM in the Old High School Gym. Interested players, and their parents, should attend the meeting to learn about the upcoming Summer and pre-season schedules.

Mon: 4/1:

  • Easter Break/School closed
  • Sports: Tennis at Defiance 4:30; JV Baseball at Arcadia 5:00; Softball vs Elida 5:15

Tues 4/2:

  • Lunch: Mini calzones, romaine salad, fruit, cookie & milk ALA-CARTE: Teriyaki chicken
  • Campus Life After School Program/Tutoring: The Campus Life Building (across from the HS) will be open after school on Tuesdays until 5:00 until the end of the school year. HS students are able to stop over and have a free snack and hang out until 5:00. There will also be tutors (retired teachers) available to help with homework if needed. Additional snacks and beverages can also be purchased.

  • Post Prom T-Shirt: If you would like a Post Prom t-shirt, the cost is $10. You need to sign up in the office and pay by this Friday, 4/5.  Juniors who sold all of their raffle tickets ($100 worth) will receive a free shirt.

  • Lunch: Chili soup, cheese breadstick, cheese stick/cubes, tossed salad, fruit & milk ALA-CARTE: Flipside pizza
  • Sports: Tennis at Van Wert 4:30; Baseball & Softball at Allen East 5:00

Fri 4/5:

  • Lunch: Hot dog/coney dog, carrots w/ dip, fruit, Sun Chips, Moon pie & milk ALA-CARTE: Sub sandwich
  • Total Eclipse 4/8/24: School will be closed on Monday, April 8th.
  • Sports: JV Baseball @ Minster 5:00; Baseball & Softball vs Carey 5:00; Track at Bath 4:30
